cms pages and pages in footer block

i have installed prestashop 1.6 today (newest version not yet available at hoster). ihave the default template.

and now i have edited the cms pages with terms and conditions and made some new ones and it says they are under the home category.

 

but i cant see the pages anywhere

 

by law i have to display the contact info (with chamber of commerce and vatnr)  and the return policy and terms and conditions for webshops on the frontpage where they can be easily seen. How do i get them there.

 

i see a block with links to pages at the bottom but i cant see where i need to edit them.

 

I am new to prestashop and i could get the payments working. only COD i cannot adjust. i need to charge an extra fee of 10 euro. do i need to buy the other COD package to be able to offer it. By law here i have to offer a payment in advance or COD.

you have to configure the Block CMS module and Custom CMS information block module to include the new CMS pages you created so that it will appear on your store front.

back office - Modules tab and then search by keyword cms.
