tivicrdotcom Posted January 3, 2017 Share Posted January 3, 2017 Happy New year fellow geeks, so customer forgets his password, clicks on the link to have his password sent, receives an email, it has a link on it but when clicking on it the page lands on 404 error. I can see why, the link looks normal but when clicking on it, it adds the domain name/admin/ followed by the link to renew the password.If I was to copy and paste the link directly from the email received, then there is no problem, I don't get an error and the password get regenerated.
