Abh
Go here and click on a product: http://5com.ro/category.php?id_category=29You'll see all the categories open in the menu, but that only happens on that specific subcategory. All the rest work as they should. No idea why that happens.
SpyrosT
I think this is happening because some products have been added in your "Home" as their default category.Try to edit some and see if this is a solution.
Abh
No, none of the products in that category are in Home
rocky
Have you fixed this? I just tried clicking subcategories in IE8 and they all appeared open and highlighted blue.
Abh
IE8 is one browser i don't have, but IE6, Opera and Safari all act the same. I did not fix it cause i don't know what's causing it. Yet.I want to clear this with some pics:1. this is how it normaly works when you click a product in any other subcategory from the menu than "Stivuitoare Linde" - id_category=29:2. this is when i click a product from category 29:I made those subcategories in the same day in the same way i always do. rocky
I just tested your site in Safari 5, Opera 10.53 and IE6 and it is also working fine. Only the one set of subcategories is shown, not all the sets of subcategories. I don't understand why it isn't working for you. Perhaps there is a Javascript error? I can't see any though. Abh
I've just asked to people to check for me this and they both encounter the problem.Go to http://ipinfo.info/netrenderer/index.php , pick any IE version and check this product page to see the renderer also opens those categories: http://5com.ro/product.php?id_product=

I know for example, the module sexy bookmarks cause to expand the categories, so i think you have an script with conflict with categories javascript
Abh
May be, but come on, only category 29?! Why not all? Anyway, i'll check for javascript errors tomorrow, i'm tired of this. And i only have 4 modules on page, but they're standard, everyone has them.
rocky
I see the Javascript error now. It is caused by a bug in the "In the same category" module in PrestaShop v1.2.5 that was fixed in PrestaShop v1.3. See here for the fix.
Abh
Solved and thank you very much. Can you tell me how you noticed that error?
rocky
I went to the link in IE and saw "Done, with errors" in the bottom-left corner, so I clicked the icon to view the errors. I then saw the error message "serialScroll is not defined", which I'd previously seen on other PrestaShop v1.2.5 websites.
