[Solved] How to add a bar or line to seperate the head and the body of the page?

I want to add a line or bar to seperate the header and the body of the page (I'm using the default templete), sth. like below pic. Can anyone be so nice to let me know how this can be achieved?

Well, guess i didn't ask the question properly. In traditional webpage, the part above the navybar is the head of the page and below navy bar is the body of the page. But the default template of Prestashop has no horizontal navy bar, so I want to add a line or a bar to serve this purpose. Can someone kindly teach me how to do this? Is it to edit header.tpl or global.css, or ...?

Try the WizNav module or the Top Horizontal Menu module.

hi, does it work on 1.3. i tried using wiznav 2.1.3but it doesn't appear on my BO.
