Way to insert combination's references to thousands combinations created

I have thousands of combinations already created without any reference. The reference field it was not filled.

 

To better handle the combinations, specially updates with csv files the reference field needs to be used.

 

Is there a way to put, by code or other method, unique references for all already created combinations?

 

I'm new in prestashop and with only basic tecnical knowledge so I need a solution step by step or easy implement.

Why not use the ID field?
