renatog92 Posted November 9, 2016 Share Posted November 9, 2016 I have a problem with mailalert addon, if a client buy something on the shop and he decide to pay with cash on delivery he receives a correct email from the store with all the right amounts, but the problem is that the store administrator receives an email without the "cash on delivery" voice so with the wrong total. the addon for cash on delivery used is custom payment method from seosathanks.
