Prestashop Mail() function error

Hi,

 

I've recently installed prestashop 1.1.6.8 on by bought server. I'm trying to configure mail with php mail() function, but I'm getting only errors.

 

I've checked that php mail() is enabled and working properly (wrote some simple php to check it) but on Presta Configuration I'm getting Error: check your configuration.

 

Is there any chance to get log or any error message from that?

I guess you mean 1.6.1.8?
Is that function working on the server if you test it on its own? Like if you use it in a standalone test script

For the error, try enabling dev mode in defines.inc.php
