Pragash Jayaram Posted October 24, 2016 Share Posted October 24, 2016 Hello, i have created free shipping for orders overs 25 USD. Through Shipping>Preferences, Free shipping starts at 25 USD. But its not working. Is there any other way to configure free shipping or am i wrong? Can anyone please help to figure out? Thanks & Regards. lucoral Posted October 25, 2016 Share Posted October 25, 2016 Aloha, I don't know if this is the correct way to get free shipping at a $50 set point, but this is what I have done to get it working for me. I set up 2 instances of the Shipping/Carrier, in this case USPS Priority Mail. The first instance has $ values of >= $0 and < $50, I check the box for North America. The second instance has values >= $50 and < $10,000, I check the box for North America. This is different from setting up 2 ranges for 1 carrier. Also be sure to set the conditions in Shipping/Preferences. Be sure to save. I have checked and double-checked, and it seems to work for me.
