User Recover password error 404

Hi, each time a user try to reset it´s password in the page where it ask you to insert your email, then if you click on recover password, i get an error 404 page not found. Any help?

are you using default theme or custom/commercial theme?

maybe the post destination URL was not formed correctly in the web form.

 

check if your store SEO friendly is enabled or not - may be the web form "action" is coded with SEO friendly URL.

I´ve did some test, i´m using a custom theme by presthemes and have friendly url, if i disable friendly url it works again, But if i turn on friendly url it breaks

I guess it is theme problem, you may need contact the theme developer for help with this issue.

Solved now it´s not theme related, it´s a general error in prestashop translation, wich automatically asign the url redirect for recover password as recuperar-contraseña, and as it has an ñ it does not work, when i tried to change it, also gave me an error, so i went to the database in meta-lang and change it manually to recuperar-contrasena and worked
