You must create an Account to view Category

Hi,

Just activating Guest is not enough, if you want everyone to have access check mark all 3 options including Visitor. Visitor gives access to everyone.

 

Please also check if he created other Groups, that might be the reason access is denied. You can find that option under Customers -> Groups
