peggy king Posted September 25, 2016 Share Posted September 25, 2016 (edited) I always have trouble creating a order manually from a customer's shopping cart. It does not create a Paypal invoice. There are so many options on the page, maybe I am getting confused which options to choose. I tried the option that is supposed to send an email to the customer with a link to pay the invoice. I think it did that, but no invoice was created for the customer to pay as far as I can see in PayPal.
