[Trainee] Feedback concerning my webstore :)

Hi everybody, 

 

 

I'm a trainee in IT company in France and I manage the e-store.

This company sell SURFACE from Microsoft and Office Pack for SMB.

It's french webstore who sell some IT products only in France and BtoB.

 

Currently, my goals are improve web trafic and take orders.

Your store looks great - I like the color scheme - I like the bold look of the home page.

 

Maybe try one page checkout (instead of the 5 steps method)?

 

Also try Hotjar.com video analytics - will give you insights on how your visitors interact with your store and help you discover trouble spots that you didn't know about.

Hotjar allows you to have up to 100 free videos.

Hi,

 

a really nice shop. On chrome when I hover over the top menu it does something more beside changing color, looks like it shrinks a bit, I would only change the color.

I would also adjust the color of the steps in checkout, the green looks very "default" to me, and the shop is more in orange - blue.

 

And also work on the contact page, it's very default with only the contact form.
