Clayologie Posted August 22, 2016 Share Posted August 22, 2016 I can’t initiate a domain transfer to a new hosting company at present as the copy of the prestashop made and had installed on a test domain has code embedded in it that just redirects away from my test site to the real/live shop. Where do I find the code on the test version and remove it. I have not developed the current running site, it was done by a web developer some months ago. Case like that depends on developer. usually the redirection is inside .htaccess file but where it is in your website? it's hard to say. you have to analyse the files to find the redirection. you can download shop to your hdd and search for file that contains selected string - in this case the url to which you're redirected Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
