hernanlr Posted August 8, 2016 Share Posted August 8, 2016 Hi, We´re running a client´s PS 1.6.1.4 shop and now we have a situation that is strangely not working as expected. We have an order that´s in pending paypal payment status, and we would like to delete one of the products in the order. We click on drop-down arrow on the Edit button, select Delete, but it does nothing. The product stays there. So we tried changing the quantity to zero. That´s not accepted. However, 1 is accepted. So we did that. That´s all we can do. How do we go about deleting this? Also, we noticed that the stock didn´t get updated once we changed the quantity on the order. It stays the same...
