Wrong bank details on e-mail

Hello,
When pay by bank transfer, the confirmation e-mail that I receive as a customer indicating bank coordinates shows wrong data. This is what I read on the e-mail:

You have chosen to pay through bank transfer. Please send your payment to:

Intimar S.r.l.
{bankwire_home_html}
IBAN : {bankwire_iban}
BIC : {bankwire_bic}

It should show bank details (account numbers) instead of brackets and variable names such as {bankwire_iban}.

Do you have any idea why?

Most likely, you are using an old language pack with outdated mail templates with the new version of PrestaShop. You should copy the mail/en/bankwire.html template from the newest version. It has the following fields instead of those you mentioned above:

{bankwire_owner}
{bankwire_details}
{bankwire_address}

I have similiar problem but mine is that the customer recieves this:

{bankwire_details}
{bankwire_address}

I have inputed the information in the module but still the customer gets this code. I have tired editing the txt file and deleting this information and manually inputing the data, but still i get this

Please help me as i need to fix this.

Hey thanks dude, i will try that out if all else fails.

Its just i would prefer to understand why i have this problem and how to fix it. I am worried that i have done something

I have updated my site with a new theme, plus a facebook connect module, but i dont see how this would effect the bank files.

I really want to fix this

Ok just to update. all the other codes work such as - {firstname} {lastname} {id_order} {total_paid} etc.

the only ones that dont work are

{bankwire_owner}

{bankwire_details}

{bankwire_address}
