mintpanda Posted July 28, 2016 Share Posted July 28, 2016 I had my categories and products in prestashop imported from shopify, but than I had to reset prestashop and import products again. Unfortunately the categories has been lost, but luckily I had a sql backup. I have imported records intops_categoryps_category_groupps_category_langps_category_shop still have to do mapping into ps_category_product, because produc id's are different, but still - the categories are not visible in prestashop backend. why is so? they are in mysql, with status "active=1" but not visible in backend. thanks in advance for help!
