Blank page after order confirmation with COD and Pick up in store module

Prestashop ver. 1.6.1.3

 

I get a blank page after confirming those two payment options.

Bankwire works fine.

 

I get this error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 28350 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/zion.si/httpdocs/tools/tcpdf/tcpdf.php on line 8084

 

Memory size on server is set to 128MB, not sure if I can increase it.

 

I remember that COD worked fine before , not sure what happened. Any suggestions?

As indicated by error message, your store has reached memory limit.

If you are using shared hosting service, usually it is limit by your service provider, you may need contact hosting support for help.

 

You also try to change php.ini under your store root folder, but that may not work if service provider server has restrict your memory limit.

Hosting provider increased memory limit to 256MB, but I got same error.

 

Then I turned off the invoices and now it works fine.

Have you installed any 3rd party modules that may affect this?

Yes i did.

Universal payment, pcpayments2carriersfree and Order reference change mod

Instead of turn of invoice, you can try to uninstall those modules and see if it fixes the problem.

And then install it back one by one to see which module causes problem.
