Order confirm doesn`t work with COD and Pick up in store

Prestashop version is 1.6.1.3

As I go through the checkout process with COD or Pick up in store option, I cant get through final step, to confirm the order. The page loads for like half a minute and delivers a blank page, in BO order is placed as it should be.

 

The bankwire option works normal.

 

I have also installed two unofficial modules ship to pay and universal pay. If I disable those modules or overrides it doesn˙t work either. Any suggestions?

first thing is to always enable debug mode so that instead of a white page, you will see an error message.  Alternatively you can locate the php error log on your server or hosting panel and locate any potential errors
