Bug on prestashop 1.6.1.6

Hi

 

I'm not sure whether it's a bug.

 

In admin area in add/editing products when I try to go from one tab to another, for example from the general info tab to product prices tab, nothing happens, the page URL changes but the tab dont change and it remains on the product info tab.

 

I checked the console error and found this error

 

 

Error: cannot call methods on autocomplete prior to initialization; attempted to call method 'ajax_products_list.php?exclude_packs=0&excludeVirtuals=0&excludeIds=2'

 

Do u think it's possibile correct or I reinstall the cms ?

It is working fines here. I tried at our testing site with version of PrewtaShop 1.6.1.6 with default theme.

 

From error message, it seems related to Pack or Virtual Product, but I tried both, they are all working fine.

Not sure if you have installed any 3rd party modules or custom changes that affected that.

I install 1 module purchease from Shop of Prestashop (module for additional description category) and i purchease a module Visual Composer of smardatasoft.
 

I contact Smartdatasoft to explain my problem , but they claim that they have done nothing to rage on the functioning of the site .

 

Now how can I see which module is defective ? .

In case i want deactive more module i lose the changes on the files ?
