Few weeks ago, i have updated my shops domain name, and i think cos of this i start having this issue. Please i need support. I am attaching screen shot of the error msg. shokinro Posted July 3, 2016 Share Posted July 3, 2016 I guess there was an error so that the returned data is not in a proper format. check if your store _PS_MODE_DEV_ is set to true in file /config/defines.inc.php, if that is the case, the output warning/error message may have affected the data format.
