It is defined in Contact Block module, you can change the phone number at module configuration.

To change the text, you can use Prestashop translation function - back office - Localisation - Translation 

 

choose translate Installed module.

 

 

3) What should we do to change the phrase "ecommerce site by prestashop" in footer?

 

 

 

You can disable it from module CMS Block, try to tick off the checkbox (at bottom of the module configuration)
