Links in Emails not working

all Links in the Emails sent to customers do not work.

i checked the email templates in the theme:

 

the hyperlink is:

%7Bguest_tracking_url%7D?id_order=%7Border_name%7D

 

what could be the problem?

I think your email template file has been messed up.

The keyword {guest_tracking_url} should not be encoded. but it is HTML encoded, that why it is not replaced.

It could be a bug of the template translator or you did something wrong modified in correctly.

 

Please try to use text editor such as Windows notepad, to modify the file as following.

 

 

Change from

%7Bguest_tracking_url%7D?id_order=%7Border_name%7D

{guest_tracking_url}?id_order={order_name}

that was ist! All german templates had to be changed by notepad.

 

it is an old bug, as i found:

 

 

#PSCFV-3972 : change "%7Bshop_url%7D" by "{shop_url}" in Deutsch emails
