ehermouet Posted June 28, 2016 Share Posted June 28, 2016 Hi all i have prestashop 1.6.1 on ubuntu server with apache2 after remove and reinstall apache2 we cannot access to back office. I have login page but whn i do login we have blank page error 500. i active debug and display errors but no message. I try to install new install of presta and no problem all works. i try to upgrade my 1.6.1. to 1.6.1.6 but the same problem, blank page on login admin No problem on front office. shokinro Posted July 5, 2016 Share Posted July 5, 2016 you may need to look into web server log to see if you can find anything. you may also consult with your hosting support. otherwise, you will have to try to do debug by yourself to find where is the origin of the problem.
