New Employee Logins Unable to Access BackOffice - Keeps throwing Error - No Employee Types Working

Hello Lovely Prestashop Community,

 

I'm having a persistent issue when creating 'New Employee Logins'.

 

I can create the 'Employee Logins' fine within the 'Back Office', that's no issue. But when I logout and attempt to test the 'New Employee Login', it throws the error shown in the below Screenshot.

 

Its claiming that there is an issue with "Module_id 118", which is the "Theme Configurator" module in this particular Prestashop 1.6.1.5 Install.

 

Now I have un-installed and re-installed this Module about a 10 times, to no effect. This error happens no matter what "Permission / Employee type" the new Employee is, even "SuperAdmin" accounts.

 

I am at a complete loss as to what is happening and any assistance or guidance would be amazing. The launch for this Website is in 3 days.

It's a bad one, came across it plenty of times. What I did in the end was adding the access manually into the database. Just copy all of the ones for an employee that works, it should do it
