webshop just disappeared a few days ago, help!

Question

what's wrong with my webshop fmall.de or https://fmall.pswebshop.com/ ?

It's just not available since a few days ago, neither front- nor back-end, this is horrible! Need help, need explanation, is there anyone who can support on this?

Your shop is added when ? You had an inactivity for some month on your shop ? Shop without any activity are disabled after some time, you need to at least login each 6 month for picking-up orders or other shop maintenance.

 

If this is the case you can write to Prestashop Cloud Team and ask for reactivation. For this use the tab Support on your prestashop cloud account.

we have lost our webshop

like beginning this week. and as you can see, there is nothing on this page. we have tried, to contact IT support and also no reaction at all.

 

@SupportPS yes, we can see the manage page, it appears, that everything is fine:

and @selectshop.at our shop disappeared on 2016/06/14, and before that everything is ok. we have a lot of customers and so many orders too. this kind of problem is really depressing for us.

You should be logging in once a month to keep it active.  I am researching the problem with the french team.

we used to log in our shop like once an hour. so i don't think it is a problem with the activity or something related
