nayonowe Posted June 16, 2016 Share Posted June 16, 2016 Hi, I just updated my PS shop from 1.6.0.14 to 1.6.1.6 with the 1 click upgrade module. Within the module all the options where green (shop was also in maintenance modus. When the upgrade was compled, first i regenerate the images, then i cleared the cache. All looks fine, but when i would like to see my order the page doesn't show anything. The cache was cleared by the menu and with ftp. I just put back the backup so the shop works fine right now. bellini13 Posted June 17, 2016 Share Posted June 17, 2016 most likely some module or override is interferring, or you are using a custom theme that does not support the new version. you didn't really provide enough information to determine what is wrong. a blank page indicates an error, so you should enable debug mode or look in your servers error log for more information Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
