But when a user registers, the following happens: register with Spanish language, welcome mail is sent in HTML format and Spanish language. all OKregister with English language, welcome mail is sent without HTML - plain text and English language. (BAD no html)register with Galician language, welcome mail is sent without HTML - plain text and English language. jvloren Posted June 16, 2016 Author Share Posted June 16, 2016 The error was only with "welcome" mail. The rest of template mails worked well. Finally I got repairing doing the next:Go to: "Advanced Settings" -> "email" -> and check the option "to send mail in HTML format" instead of "BOTH" and now works well.
