No email to admin and client when order something

At the shop are normally confirmation emails sent to the customer and sent to the admin registration / order. This does not happen either. Only when the final payment provider Sisow send a message.

Anyone have any idea how to solve it?

make sure the order is generated correctly.  one possible case is that the order was not generated correctly.

 

if the order is created correctly, them it could be some error during sending the email.

try to set _PS_MODE_DEV_ to true in file /config/defines.inc.php to see what is the detailed error.

(also check log file under folder /log/)

make sure you have templates for all languages under folder 

 

/mails/xx

 

where xx is language iso code for each languages.

If you are missing templates for some languages, then create one for the language and try to copy from "en" folder, and then translate the new copied templates.
