zinor Posted May 25, 2016 Share Posted May 25, 2016 Hello for many of our products when we set available quantities to 0 (zero) after a while or some days the product will available itself automatically with the amount of 1 as quantity . does anybody knows what is going on ? No , we determine products quantity manually also the setting for preferences => products page is as follow allowing order out of stock products => yes enable stock management => yes enable advanced ..... =>no new products use advance ....=?no Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
