MrBaseball34
Try to open this page from the browser - http://www.yoursite.com/modules/paypal/validation.php, if you get an error (error 500, the page cannot be displayed) than this means you have a file permission problem, most likely the paypal directory, or the entire modules directory is set to 777, and your host doesn't allow that (it is not secure), try changing it to 755. You can also check your server's error log (from your cPanel) to get the exact error. EVERYTHING is set to 777 in my modules directory and I STILL get the 500 Internal Server error. rocky
Try using chmod 755 for directories and chmod 644 for files. You can get permissions errors on new servers if you give too much permissions as well as too little permissions.

MrBaseball34
The permissions are set up the EXACT same on both of my stores, yet one of them still gets the 500 error when I try to execute validation.php.The other store returns a blank page when executing validation.php and I do get notification emails and don't have any problem with this store accepting PP pmts and the orders being entered into the BO.Any other ideas? rocky
I'd be looking for differences in the server configuration. The PayPal module's validation.php uses curl to communicate with PayPal. Do both your servers support curl?
MrBaseball34
Hmm, never thought of that one, Yes, it is enabled on both sites.
