500 error - unable to access backend Log in screen

Recommended Posts

Currently unable to access backend log in screen.  See screen shot.

It is not my server that is the problem.

I am wondering if somehow I have blacklisted myself or something like this

I recently cleared all cookies - does this have anything to do with it?

Permissions???

Technoneanderthal here.  (Love Neanderthals BTW)

I also experienced problems accessing the Bridge through Storemanager for Prestashop at the same time.  Second Screenshot.

I can access all files through Cpanel and through FTP.

Grateful for any help.

Ed

I used to use Store Manager only for tests and often got any error, so I can't trust this software (sorry to say that, my 2 cents).

However, I would find the reason of the problem and fix it. There is no certainty that deleting an reinstalling will be better.
