Currently a trainee in intership, my tutor gave a task to create a complete copy of his prestashop website that he put online, he want to export "theme" and "module", even if i i export and change the apparence all i see was a blank page. Do anyone know the reason or have been in the same issue like me? My tutor goal was to improve his website without touching's own, i gave me access on the back office to download theme and module. test2016 Posted May 11, 2016 Author Share Posted May 11, 2016 (edited) Thanks for the advice MusicMaster, i have another problem now : The "Backups" directory located in the admin directory must be writable (CHMOD 755 / 777).
