tracypee1 Posted May 6, 2016 Share Posted May 6, 2016 Good Morning,I am hoping someone can give me a steer in the right direction.I have configured (well, I think I have) the SMTP settings. I do receive emails when a customer has placed an order, but the customer is not receiving any emails from me that I send through Prestashop, including order updates.I have searched all the previous topics to try and find what I am doing wrong but can't seem to get to a solution. tracypee1 Posted May 6, 2016 Author Share Posted May 6, 2016 It had work initially with the PHP settings but then it stopped working and I was advised that you could no longer use PHP with my hosting service (InMotion) and I needed to configure the SMTP.
