How do you fix Specify image dimensions

I have dose performed gtmetrix.com speed test and it come up slow. It dose ask us to fix this like "Specify image dimensions". Dose any one here know how to fix it?

Hi, you must edit files of your theme and specify attributes width and height of img tags. This helps the browser to render faster.

All files that contains <img> tags

in responsive templates you cant avoid such problem. it's impossible.

botstrap templates are mobile-devices friendly so, in effect, to make images work on mobile devices - botstrap resizes images with inline height and width params

because of this, you cant avoid problem you mentioned
