Help with Back End

Hi,

I migrated a site from an old domain to the new one, apparently front end works, but when i log in in the admin area in same pages (employee, or the starting page) a red banner appear telling me "access denied". I guess somehow during the migration something happened and changed the permissions of my login so that i am not admin anymore.

 

I can access freely the db, so there is a way i can restore my permission level?

Not sure from which old version and to what version you have upgraded the store.

Usually the superadmin should always have the permission to access all tabs.

 

You can check following table of your store to set permission for each profile 

 

ps_access

 

id_profile column is the ID of profle( or group) of users - 1 for superadmin.

id_tab is ID of admin menu or tab (page). you can set all to 1 for profile ID 1 to see if it fixes your problem.
