Opción para agregar IVA o no

Hola que tal, mi problema es que mi cliente quiere mostrar siempre los productos sin IVA en la tienda pero que si el usuario quiere pueda elegir que se le aumenten el IVA para poder facturar, pero si no entonces que no lo sume a la cuenta a cobrar.

 

Hay alguna forma de lograr esto?

1. To charge a customer tax or not should be based on billing address which must follow your local laws, otherwise I think it may against local laws  .

2. You can configure tax rules at  Prestaashop back office - Localization - Tax Rules 

3. Product price displaying tax included or not, is based on Customers Groups. you can edit each customer group to choose "price display" of tax - excluded.
