Export Products not working

Hi, I have presetashop 1.6.0.4 and about 3000 products but each product has about 30 combinations and lots of images. I am trying to upgrade to newest version of prestashop, and for that I need to export the csv file using the prestashop export feature in 1.6.0.4 for products

 

But when I try that, it gives me error that www.my site name...... is currently unable to handle this request.

 

And it does not work

 

When I try for category export it is working. So I am thinking maybe because of large number of products it is not working. 

 

 

Is there any help or suggestion for this

not in prestashop.

 

use tools for databases or sql-commands like:

For what you want you could also consider using my script. It copies the business data but leaves the configuration data behind.
