emerchandiserph Posted January 30, 2016 Share Posted January 30, 2016 For almost a week that i have able to add products on my shop and got this message (timeout)A server error occurred while loading the tabs: some tabs could not be loaded.Please try again by refreshing the page.If you are still encountering this problem, please check your server logs or contact your hosting provider for assistance. For more help, check https://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/. VM167:2 'webkitMovementX' is deprecated. Please use 'movementX' instead. VM167:2 'webkitMovementY' is deprecated. After sinking 4 days into this, it started happening about an hour ago out of the blue.http://www.ririspotteryhaus.com/graphics/500.jpg Can anyone shed some light on this?EDIT FOR SOLUTION: I contacted my hosting company, and they increased my PHP memory limit to 128M based on the error indicated by the screenshot. I seemed to still be getting the error, so I deleted a bunch of my combinations and it appears to have fixed it. Leap-IT Posted May 25, 2016 Share Posted May 25, 2016 Hi all i had this problem . my prestashop was also running really slow 95 products took ages to load in BO. What I found is that i had installed two copies of prestashop on the same DB with different prefixes cor_xxx as ps_xxxx i deleted the one i was not using and wow everything is running really fast and no more error messages. hope this helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
