How To Set Permission, So That Employee Could Add Products But By Default They Are Not Displayed.

Hi PS Community.

Would be very happy if someone could explain.

How can i set Employee permissions such way that they would have a possibility to create & add products.
But by default their status should be  "Disabled".

I need it in order to give our partners possibility to add products to our CMS.
But not to publish them. So that we could display it only after manual review.

Ive seen options product view & product add  (but in this case Employees have possibility to add & display products)

I think a small override in the Product class should help. It is a job for a developer for (perhaps) 1 hour.
