Janekx Posted December 14, 2015 Share Posted December 14, 2015 Hallo, sometimes happend to me that customer ask me to add some items to order allready mark as sended but still not pickuped from parcel service. NemoPS Posted December 14, 2015 Share Posted December 14, 2015 (edited) As far as I know, there is no way to do it. It should not work if you set the status back either as it's marked as "shipped" already.
