stdesign Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 I followed all the directions at least I though but now when I got the web site www.ohballoonsisrael.com I get error 403 saying you do not have permission to access and when I try to log in to my admin I get error as well Could the reason be that the only step that I didn't do was in ps admin reset url and Seo settings bec I can't acces by backend to do that Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
PrestaHeroes USA Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 (edited) Using FTP or hosting control panel 'file manager' delete in root direction .httaccess Then using phpmyadmin from hosting control... Find table ps_shop_url (if I remember correctly the table name) and change the url from localhost to your domain, ssl domain as well. Also we do not know what 'directions you used', if you have link to those please post here.
