Could you advice me how (and where) I could set up title,keywords,and description,plese?
I think about my all shop, not just categories or products.

you can add meta tags to your header.tpl

You can assign all the meta info for all your pages from the backoffice, you don't need to edit any files.

Preferences -> Meta-Tags

prestashop has such a nice way of handling meta tags and multiple languages, why would you want to ruin it by using this code?

I agree, prestashop is already SEO friendly just by using the back office so there is no need to start messing around and editing files.
Just make sure that when you fill your meta data that it is very relevant to the content of your page otherwise the new google algorithm won't like it.
