Strange issue with email templates translations

Hallo!
Have a strange issue - edited email template in translations - email template translations. But none of my edits are seen in received emails. What could be a reason? If anyone knows.

But whats more strange... it was working for some orders... but after 4 succesfull emails (order conf for mechand) all reverted to old emails, but in translations (backoffice).. it shows my edited style.

Even created just some test templates fot testing with some HTML colors. none works

 

What could be wrong?
