teriy Posted October 2, 2015 Share Posted October 2, 2015 Hi, I run ecommerce on Prestashop (1.6.0.11) for a while now. Yesterday, all of a sudden, a "Delivery" status on all of my orders dissappeared. Even when I receive a new order, I cannot update the status of it to "Delivery". The status of Orders that were already closed and Delivered is now blank. I'm attaching screenshots. Even the summary of Sales on Dashboard changed because of that. Check the configuration table, PS_OS_SHIPPED, then add the new status, and then go through it in the database, changing the ID accordingly Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
