1.6.1 rich snippets - price not working

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I understand that 1.6 has rich snippets allready enabled/installed, but when I check with Google it gives me an error on the Price. Probably because it uses € 5,00 as a price. I tried Nemo's manual to change the product.tpl, but that results in a white screen.

Is there a way to change the rich snippets in 1.6.1?

Thanks,

Roger

I am using the default theme.

A link to one of the pages is this one:

http://chinarello.nl/nl/derailleurwieltjes/18-gub-jyg-22-ceramic.html#/kleur-blauw

If I check the code I get this:

<p class="our_price_display" itemprop="offers" itemscope="" itemtype="http://schema.org/Offer"><link itemprop="availability" href="http://schema.org/InStock"> <span id="our_price_display" itemprop="price">16,95 €</span><meta itemprop="priceCurrency" content="EUR"></p>

Well,

Yes and no,

The price is no ok, but it says the condition is not recognized. Maybe it has to be english and the URL is missing. I also see that most of the errors in Google webmaster tools are missing prices on the category page, not product page.

One thing I noticed is that products that has been crawled by Google but has not been obtained by Prestashop's sitemap module do have price snippets on them.
I suspect that the Sitemap module is responsible for this, before we used this module, everything was displaying correctly.
