inge1 Posted September 23, 2015 Share Posted September 23, 2015 Hi, i am searching for a simple customizable client form, only name, forname, street and number, zipcode, city , country an email is needed. So no newsletter checkbox etc. Also when i fill in a faulty adress i get something like: 1 fault: address field 2 is needed. A like to shape it. thanks for the hints. I have the other things fixed but i can't get rid of the two checkboxes (for newsletter and the other one) at the bottom if the address form.
