Pvv Posted September 5, 2015 Share Posted September 5, 2015 Hi.. i have a big problem, as i cannot add a new carrier or change the default one, because when i click on it i only get a blank page. The error that i get is: Fatal error: Uncaught --> Smarty: Unable to load template file 'controllers/carrier_wizard/helpers/form/form_ranges.tpl' in '*/public_html/shop/admin1/themes/default/template/controllers/carrier_wizard/helpers/form/form.tpl' <-- thrown in */public_html/shop/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php on line 129. musicmaster Posted September 5, 2015 Share Posted September 5, 2015 In that case I advise you to make a new installation of Prestashop and copy the missing files.
