PDF invoice disappeared

Hey guys,

 

Suddenly my PDF invoice icons have disappeared?

 

 

Any ideas what is going on?

 

Invoices are switched on, the other products are good?

 

EDIT: Just checked the MySQL database and in ps_order_detail under ide_order_invoice the value was set to 0 instead of the order invoice number....strange

The invoice number was not set because of an error. It is easy. PrestaShop doesn't work in transactions so you can have some database records (fields) saved and some unsaved.

I would like to pick up on this topic.


After modification of an order to admin side (added product) PDF orders and delivery notes can not be printed. Reporting to print attempt PDF document can not be opened.

 

In debug mode "true",ini_set ('display_errors', 'on'); no error message.

 

Do not have enough in-house expertise to tackle a problem. On the English forum there are some indications for database error without concrete steps that could lead to solutions.

 

Who knows advice? Any help is welcome,

 

We are at PS version 1.6.1.1.

Had to fix this one in phpmyadmin.

 

No order assigned to invoice.

 

Customer placed an order then store changed price then two days later customer went through with order.

 

All fixed now

Hi, how to fix in phpmyadmin?

I've added invoice number to order manualli in phpmyadmin, but the icon still not appears.

Is there any other table to update?
