I got my API settings from Paypal including my user name, passwords, and Signature. I entered the info on the configure page from inside my shop and saved settings. Should be good, right? Wrong. Whe I test the shopping cart and choose to pay with paypal, I received an error. Has anyone else encountered this? Please, please advise. thank you!! I had taken my account info from Paypal website and put in into the prestashop settings. Paypal Business account Paypal Username Paypal API Password Paypal API Signature. My mistake was that I thought Paypal business account was my business name. The Paypal business account is the email associated with the account, not the business acount name. Problem Solved!
