Move cart block

Hi everyone,

 

I'd like to move the cart (button "Cart") to a specific place in a tpl file. This place is not a hook, it's a piece of code which was added with a template and there, i would like to put the "My cart" button. It's important to know that this specific place is not visible on the home page, but visible on all others.

 

Someone knows the right method to do that?

Seems to me that the best way is to create your own hook.
